Local proposals in Internacional Television Festival

“Oda a la Toronja”, documentary by art critic and television program director Carlos González Valerino, is one of the proposals that represents Islavison T.V center in the International Television Festival held at the Havana International Conference Center, located in Havana.

The report “Chabacano” by the journalist Yuliet Pérez Calaña, the historic program “Soy el Amor soy el Verso” by Francisco Leyva, the documentary series Al Sur de la Isla” and the scientific-technical program “Isl@TV.cu”, both produced by por Marcos Michel are also the other proposals that represents the local T.V center in this new edition.

These works, some of them awarded in different events, received the awards during the Municipal Television Festival held in the territory last May.

Local participants in this event with the main slogan is “Television in the global era, challenges for the survival of national identity”, can exchange about the process of making television with professionals, specialists and technicians of the country and other nations, like Venezuela, Brazil, China, Mexico, Bolivia and the Dominican Republic.  
The closing ceremony is scheduled for tomorrow at half past eight p.m. at the Karl Marx theater, where prizes will be granted in each of the categories for the International Festival.
